I'm beginning this page with one of the most unattractive pictures known to man.... however, who cares about Vanity when YOUR New England Patriots  have just won the Super Bowl?!  Not I!  Catching the moment of my emotional breakdown on film, Super Sleuth comes through again.  Here I am, crying, screaming, jumping up and down, and practically mauling my nephew Erik in the process!  But... how sweet it is!!!  Unable to make the trek to the Big Easy, we hosted the family Super Bowl Party at the Cardoza Resort.  (Jambalaya and New England Clam Boil  were on the menu of course!)

    My sisters-in-law came not so much for the purpose of watching the "game" but to watch the "show" i.e. .... their crazy sister-in-law in action!  Well, I'm happy to say that I didn't disappoint them!  I get quite fired up watching the boys play and this was the biggest game ever!

    Beto and I celebrated the Victory with a bottle of champagne in the hot tub and reminisced about the incredible season into the wee hours.  Barely able to sleep, I woke up with a smile on my face that lasted for weeks .... it kept creeping into my thoughts when I would least expect it ... We Won The Super Bowl!  Family members and co-workers alike had me pegged and knew where I was when I'd get that dreamy look in my eyes and unforgettable expression on my face!

 Heading out to The Fox to welcome the boys home, I not only scored a hug from THE MAN ...  but also added my fingerprints to the Lombardi Trophy!

As a Grand Finale to the most incredible season in the history of Patriots Football, I was also blessed with the opportunity to witness the sheer joy of my students when Tedy Bruschi walked through the door of my classroom in May.
